Does anyone have a good source for ordering custom hoses for tractors?  I'm looking at adding some remotes.  Thanks!

As in connecting to existing remotes?

If you are wanting to add remotes you'll want to do that with hard line not hose.

Otherwise any local hydraulic supply house will make you anything you want that can be made.

My FEL is not connected correctly.  It's connected with just pressure and return, and no tank line.  The return line should be PB for the 3pt.  It works okay, but but isn't right, and it's a little slow.  I have a PB adapter for the FEL valve so that I can add the tank line, so I need a hose for that.  Ultimately, I want to add a third function for a grapple.

I'm also looking at adding rear remotes, which I'm trying to find an adapter plate or kit to tie into the 3pt.  Tractor is a '92 Ford 1920 (Japanese).  There are adapter plates made by Tisco that have apparently been around for years, but I can't find any reviews by anyone that says they actually work on a 1920 - only one that said it didn't.  I have a message in to a guy that was selling kits a few years ago.  Hopefully, he still has some.  If not, I may run it back from the front.  It will be hard lines where ever possible.

I have a local shop, Idaho rigging, which caters to commercial logging operations.  Bring a broken hose in, leave with a new, with new ends hose shortly.  Cheap no,  professionally done yes.

I see, I have a 1920 that I folded the F/E ladder up on that still has the hydraulic block and lines on in place.

The control valve was also shit when the loader folded, so I just bought another new tractor with a new loader to replace it. The loader on the 1920 was never very strong. There are however 3 lines going to the front as yours should have.

Yeah, there's a shop here that will make anything.  People with a machine out in a field with a broken hose can justify their prices, but I was hoping for "I don't REALLY need it" pricing.

Mine has a Westendorf loader on it, and it will pick up the tractor, no problem, especially since I just rebuilt all the cylinders.  It's just a little slow, and I need the PB to be set up right to add a third function.

Awesome.  Thank you.

I used them for hoses for my Ford 1920, though I've got a 7108 loader so my measurements and ends aren't likely to be of any use to you.

I just ordered a 6' hose ($35) and 3 fittings.  $80 with shipping.  Thank you all!  I'll post an update.

Local NAPA and tractor supply typically do them.  Plenty of local small businesses do them.  If you’re near an airport probably someone close by.

Lots of online places that carry standard lengths and ends very cheap. If it's custom you will pay a little more and there's a little more risk that you get something wrong and the end won't work (non-returnable). But if you aren't in a hurry, online is the way to go.

Mine has four going from the valve to the loader, but only two coming from the diverter valve on the side of the tractor, to the loader valve.  I have supply and return, but no tank line. The return is actually power-beyond, and heads to the 3pt.   It looks like yours has all three.  All the return oil from the loader cylinders on mine has to travel through the three-point valve before heading back to the tank.

Thanks for the picture!  If I'm seeing it right, it confirms that mine is wrong.

Thanks.  I've bought stuff from them.  They have some great deals.  When I start adding remotes, I'll probably get the valves from them.

I see you've already ordered your hoses but for future reference see if there is a Colliflower Hydraulics in your area. I've had them make many hoses for me at very reasonable prices. Another place I've used is Hydraulic Supply, never used them for hoses but have bought fittings from them that I couldn't find elsewhere.

Thank you very much.  Yes, those are very helpful and much appreciated.  Where you have three, I have two, with one on the way.  Of course, one of the fittings backordered.

I came across an old post on TractorBuyNet from a guy that makes a rear remote kit, and got in contact with him.  He makes a bolt-on kit, much like the original.  I'm still talking with him, but for $500, I think I might bite.  I could do it for probably half that price, but it would save me a lot of trouble and be a much cleaner setup.  He sent me this pic...

Humm... I scored a HV4945 adapter block but haven't tracked down the rest of the stuff.  Do you know if his solution can have 2 or more remotes (pic seems to imply that the valves could stack...)

Living near some mines has an advantage, the supply house has a truck that will come out to the site and make hoses while you wait.  They were very reasonable with pricing.

Yep.  He sells a two valve kit for $650.

ETA: I was just looking, and I'll be able to put quick-connects right on the vale.  I can reach easily.

Here's the kit.  I ordered it Wednesday and UPS just dropped it off.  Prince valve in the plastic.  I'll post pics once I mount it.  Waiting on fittings.

Also, rear remote kit installed, plus a $200 top link from eBay (hoses included).
