If you are looking into optics for your PR, there are plenty of people using the 6-24 and 5-25 but dont overlook the 3-18. It is a fantastic little scope
I've had 3 k624i's. All were kinda foggy. Bad enough that I'll probably never buy another Kahles.
I hear the newer models are a lot better, but there are too many other proven options for me to take a chance.

I’ve had the same experience. I personally still own a K16i 1-6x that I love, however. The newer 3-18x and 5-25x are better optically, but they’re still not on par with the top level of Alpha tier scopes. For roughly the same money as the Kahles K318i, you can get into a ZCO 4-20x, Steiner M7Xi 2.9-20x or NightForce ATACR 4-20x, all of which are markedly better.
i dont have experience with kahles, but I agree with liking the mid-range, i recently put on an ATACR 4-16x and in the midwest, i think its perfect since i cant really stretch out to 1000 anywhere close

Interesting, I've used quite a few different Kahles scopes, never seen anything cloudy.
