Good morning,

I’m going to turn down the back side of a no go gauge to fit an ar10 bolt face. Would anyone be able to give me the ID from one side of the wall to the outside of the ejector? Thanks!

Yeah, my Forster gauge mics out to .469. I guess I just have to allow for the .150? Ejector pin.

Cut a case a half inch or so above the head,
Insert a short hardwood or metal dowel,
Pad the aft end of the bolt, a piece of wood with a counterbore helps hold it in place,
Insert the case head and dowel in the bolt face,
Clamp the whole thing to compress the ejector,
Push out the retainer pin, remove the ejector and spring.

But, to answer the question, the rear of the gage will have to be about 0.115" diameter.
