Any idea why the BUIS would be slightly off center when folded down? Lines up on the rail perfect. I did buy it used from here, not sure if this an issue or not:

Its currently lined up perfectly with the center post on the sight, im probably just being an idiot.

Normal IME, probably because of how it's torqued against the screw .

Normal. Once you zero your flip up irons, they may be off to one side or the other when you fold them down.

That would be expected, my issue was the sight is dead on in the center of the alignment marks, so I just assumed that should lay even on the upper.

It could be the lighting, but your sight looks a little canted in your second pic.

There is a specific way of positioning the loose MBUS Pros on the rail before applying torque. I remember there being issues similar to yours when the MBUS Pros first came out.
