I already have a M5 6.5 Creedmoor build but wanted something lighter and in 308. Not too shabby for the first 20 rounds through it. These are all with Federal 168gr Gold Medal.
That's about what mine does. It likes m88. It didn't do any better with match ammo but it might be me. Vortex $400 scope. I think it goes up to 14x. It's more accurate than my SFAR for sure.

Very nice! Always a good feeling when you spend time and money on a build and it shoots pretty good right out of the gate.

For sure! I'm not the world's greatest shot either so I get pretty excited when I get a decent group.

Very Nice. It is always satisfying having a "build" work out as desired.
I shot mine today. We shot bowling pins at 200yards. All of my kids and their spouses could hit them off a bipod and one bag. Not every shot but close.

Pretty sure that is more the barrel and you than it is the Aero receivers. I would say impressed with then Rainer barrel.
I did something similar with PSA receivers and Criterion barrel.

Give Hornady's 168 offerings a try.
Federal's never impressed me, but my .308 AR gets .65" at 100m with Hornady Black and BTHP.

I hear you. All the components work together but the barrel is doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
