Thought this would be more appropriate in the rifle thread, skimmed a few pages of the pistol thread and didn't see any AR pistols, my apologies if incorrect.

Stopped by my FFL for a conjugal visit, had to check the fit between my suppressor and handguard, unfortunately the barrel shoulder is about .010" too far under the handguard to fully thread on. Guess I'll be milling a hair off off the front, don't want a 9" handguard and a spacer sounds like a bad idea. I sent in my paperwork in mid July I think, so I'll be lucky to take her home by September, I reckon

just got back from the range, they are quiet! the 223 sub ammo sounds like a bb gun, the 300 is jut a hair louder, both would be great for home defense

It's a CHEEP red dot from eBay. Vector optics the best of my memory. Never could get it to zero on the 10-22 worked great on the .22 pistol though.
