One of my favorite shows. The episode with the MMA fighter was brutal. Kai was an amazing villain, especially when him and Lucas teamed up.

Never really got into it there was just too much weirdness. Had a couple great characters though. Quirky hackers that can do far past impossible stuff always seemed like a cop out but it seems like there’s one in almost every show.
Is Strikeback the one where an Aussie plays an American and a Brit plays an Aussie or something like that? |

Good show. They even did the gay character well, which is almost never a thing. Only other show that pulls that of is Black Sails.
I think everything went to shit with HBO after Banshee. And Boardwalk Empire. Pretty much everything they have produced since then has been woke gay shit with the first season of True detective being the exception. |

Extremely underrated show! Antony Starr is great in it!
I also wondered how I hadn't heard it until a couple years ago. It's on my list to rewatch, after I finish The Americans which I just started. Amazing how a show can have an LGBTBBQWTF character and not have it detract from the story because they're interesting as a character, it's not their sole defining characteristic, and the writing around them is plain good. |
