This rifle existed for 50-100 years and was obviously taken care of by responsible people until it landed in the hands of the spoiled brat who broke your toys when you were a kid. If this were a Garand that was in your grandfather's hands liberating Europe, would you be pissed? If that lower were a Vietnam era M16 receiver that your father carried up and down the jungle, would you be pissed? |

I hate mosins too. They're communist shit inferior to nearly every other WW1 and WW2 era surplus rifle on the market, some of them have ratfucked bores or botched fucked up counterbore jobs that turn them into "minute of berm" rifles at a distance of 50 fucking yards, some of them have bolts that are so sticky that they're a one shot weapon until you get your 2x4 out to cycle the action.......It's pretty much the worst bolt gun I have ever touched. But a Mosin is still a marginally better weapon than a tree branch. Well, it basically IS a tree branch that can shoot a bullet out of one end. And the ammunition is still available and cheap, because it's made from shit, and feces don't have much cash value, but the bullets still punch holes in things. It's slightly better than nothing, and I have known plenty of people who would have been more than happy to have that shitty firearm because they don't have any at all. I can't help but think that a person (No one person in particular, mods. Don't censor me bro.) who would destroy a functional, if utterly shitty firearm instead of selling it, trading it, or even donating it to a new shooter (Wouldn't it be ironic to piss off our modern day American communists by using an old commie POS rifle to add a new shooter to our ranks?) has a few screws loose in their head. A person like that would be no better than a liberal anti-gun nut-job scum bag shit stain fuckwit who goes around melting down rare and priceless historical artifacts along with Lorcins because their defective brain can't handle our constitution and our glorious inalienable rights, and honestly even worse than somebody doing a bubba-job. Well...About all I have left to say is "fuck it"!

First things first.
ANY rifle that is used for distance shooting is going to need good ammo. You will not find out what the rifle is capable without GOOD ammo. The biggest gripe rifle builders have is when a guy buys one and goes straight to the range to try it out with a box of Sri Lankan ball ammo and claim the rifle doesn't shoot. I do not doubt that there are a bunch of Mosins out there that are capable of 1000 yard accuracy. |

if this rolled off of the reproduction line last week the pricetag would be 500-1000 because it was brand spankin new not the $50 bucks that he spent on a used Mosin. again his rifle his property his choice did he wreck a perfectly good rifle who knows, maybe the barrel was bent or something |
