Also heres the bullshit thing, you need the internet to validate/update a Blu-Ray player to play certain discs. WTF!?

More bullshit DRM that does nothing but fuck over the people buying it. Same shit that has effectively killed physical games. Some people here still like buying them, but most of those game disks are worthless if you can't get online to download the mandatory patches, authenticate with a server, ect. If you actually want to own a game, and not just "own" a game, it makes more sense to download a cracked version, granted I'm not intentionally advocating theft, but it's the truth of the matter.

Kinda hate Blue Rays... here are some reasons they are bull shit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tetXKdi9U3c

DVDs are packed with tons of bonus features, commentary, etc.

When Blu Rays came out you don't get a whole lot of extras for some reason.. I love DVDs as far as extras

Streaming is good, but isn't perfect. It sucks media can be taken down without any notice. Some people purchased seasons of TV shows from Amazon, just to have episodes pulled/censored because of SJW BS. Like an episode of the Office was pulled because of "Blue Face"

That guy is dumb and should feel bad.

10) Interactive menus still exist in many blu-ray movies, but aren't always included. Has nothing to do with the media, and everything to do with the studios looking for max profits.
9) No one gives a shit about special features, so they stopped including them for the most part. Has nothing to do with blu-ray
8) The cases are actually smaller than DVD, thinner and shorter. NEXT
7) This has nothing to do with blu-ray at all
2) Just plain wrong.... BD has bookmarks
1) Again, this has NOTHING to do with blu-ray  - and it also existed on DVD

The image quality alone is staggeringly better than DVD and streaming. The audio is better.

He literally complains that there are less special features on Blu-ray, and then says streaming is better (which almost NEVER has special features).
He complains that discs are annoying to sort through compared to streaming, and then complains about how streaming is disorganized and hard to look through.
