I realize most here probably make their own, and that it's probably easy and cheap. However, for those that do pulled pork often, if you absolutely HAD to use a grocery store bought sauce, what would ya choose? I'm talking about sauce to add after the pulling, and not the initial seasoning for the smoke or cook.

Something from Stubbs. Or go back to my youth and just get Kraft.

The Weber brand sauce was recommended here when I asked a similar question a couple years ago. Turned out to be excellent.

I like a sweeter sauce, Bone Sucking Sauce is my go to. Not too sure how regional it is or not.

Sauers. They used to make a hot bbq sauce as well, but I believe that's gone now.

I like Stubbs because it doesn't use high fructose corn syrup, and is the lowest carb of them.

I use a lot of Sweet Baby Rays, all flavors.
Stubbs was highly recommended on a previous thread here. I bought two bottles. It did not blow my skirt up. Second favorite is Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. I love that shit. |

Any sauce that starts with tomato and not high fructose corn syrup.

Sweet baby rays with brown sugar if you want it a little sweeter.
My favorite is Sonny’s bbq sauce from the restaurant. When I’m in a state that has one I buy a bottle or two. I might buy a big jug off Amazon. Their sweet sauce is incredible. |

Absolutely Wild or Mild bbq sauce is really good. Head County is pretty good too.

I like G. Hughes Original Sugar-Free or the Sweet and Spicy Sugar-Free version.

I like a sweeter sauce also. Gotta try it. You southern guys don't fvck around when it comes to BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce isle was like 50 friggin' yards long lol. |
