Nope, love the feel of new socks
If I had crazy FU money, I'd wear new socks every day and always use a new razor blade. |

Yes, with the exception of down or wool sweaters and the type. I prefer to wash everything prior to wearing.

You should wash all new clothes before you wear them. Textile manufacturing is an industry filled with disgusting chemicals.

Of course. Im not a fucking savage. The only new clothes I don't wash before wearing are raw denim jeans.
|

Nope.. same with underwear.
New is the cleanest they will ever be... |

If I'm buying new socks it's more often than not that I don't have any cleans ones. So no

Yes, wash everything.
I bought a package of plain white t-shirts and there were droplets of blood all over them on the inside. Someone apparently pricked themselves and bled all over them. Just because they come in a nice plastic wrapper/bad doesn’t mean they weren’t manufactured in a dirty environment. |

I thought I read that clothing has preservatives, insecticides, and mildew protectants on them for shipping. I’m not wearing that shit!

I said the same and undershirts too but I don’t have to wear them everyday anymore. Didn’t think of the razor but I think I’ll add that to my list. |

Manufacturers do not clean the chemicals used in the production of the clothes, and moreover treat clothes with various chemicals to soften them or prevent wrinkles. One of the reasons clothes aren't made in America are the restrictions on what chemicals may be used and how they can be disposed of or discharged into the environment. Dyes bleaches, fire retardants, wrinkle preventers, softeners, etc. are used and aren't required to be listed anywhere on the item or its packaging. Additionally, some clothes have been tried on on before you buy them.
Always wash. |

Never wash socks first. Nor shorts or pants.
Underwear? Absolutely always. Usually yes with shirts |

I cannot wear any garment outside of a sweater or light jacket withou it being laundered first. I will break out into a rash. The construction chemicals mess with me bad, and I hate snow flakes as much the the next guy, but this struggle is no joke, for real!

The cotton was probably washed in the Ganges first. Should be GTG.

Broke out into a rash from shirts made in Pakistan and Afghanistan in the early 90s. Never again.
