How long are people going to tolerate this? What was the purpose of destroying someone's house like that?
FBI raid in Orange Mound leaves doors, windows torn off of woman's home |

In before the thin blue liners saying "At least they made it home safe that night".

Some fed task force guys raided a local house and left broken eggs on the floor and stuffed raw meat in the cabinets.

If the busted the front door open, why the need to bust out the windows also? Disappointed no dogs were found?

Because they're cocksuckers angry at how miserable their lives turned out

Do you all not want to live in a safe nation? Law enforcement needs to be exempt from following the Constitution when serving and protecting.
|

The process is the punishment.
How many people have gone through this by mistake? We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong. The law enforcement community is NOT your friend. |

Add in the fact there have been a number of folks killed who had nothing to do with whatever they were looking for.
Screw your liberty and property, we'll just kill you. |

People may ask for money for damages, and the government may tell them to eat shit and die.

Its a search warrant, not a license to maliciously destroy property.
Fuck these three letter agency criminals. |

Multiple search warrants being served simultaneously sounds dangerous.
I've never even heard of that before. Is it designed to get more officers into the area? Because, this is how you get more officers into the area. |

That’s awful! The resident and the landlord are SOL on compensation too.

What possible reason could there be to tear down the ornamental posts on the front porch?

It’s Memphis…and the ghetto of Memphis. That should inform those who have been there.

Quoted: Quoted: What possible reason could there be to tear down the ornamental posts on the front porch? You never know when criminals are going to hide evidence in clear windows. And yes, they are considered criminals by the people doing this. So the punishment is justified, even if they can't get anything to stick. At least they fucked them over. |

I lived in Memphis for a few years and drove through orange mound once by mistake. I made damn sure I never did that again.
I don’t have any doubt that executing a warrant there is a little riskier than most places, but it doesn’t make sense to trash a place in a search like that. It almost takes more work than to just search systematically and actually find something. There’s a lot of things about this that do not make sense, And the more i see federal agencies act incompetent like this the more i think that we need some serious reforms but also searches need to have specific scopes with the appropriate agencies executing said warrants. Drugs- DEA Mil/ Gov property, CID/ NCIS/ OSI I would say the ATF should only be allowed to search for illegal Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms, but we know what that looks like and they need to be disbanded entirely. DOJ should only investigate criminal activity of govt agencies/ agents Any federal warrant when served should have local LEOs included in the process, and there needs to be a better case built up to even issue a warrant because multiple warrants at multiple locations in the same space sounds like a great way to get people shot in crossfires. I feel like they could have easily made this good PR by being forthcoming with why they were searching that house. |

Welcome to the new era of law enforcement . Search and Destroy warrants . Destruction until proven innocent .
And some people actually believe that law enforcement would not trample the Constitution if given the orders . More than half way there now . Silly Rabbits . gd |

View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: So probably looking for a ballistic match or contraband guns / gun accessories. “Judge, I need a warrant for this ‘hood. “. this is close. most likely investigating the shooting incident for a few days ago, tracked cell phones back to the general area for cell phones in the area of the shooting. and maybe had some snitch giving out addresses, good or bad. years ago in atlanta a snitch gave the address of a house in the hood, cops went to the wrong house bashed in the door, a little old lady came out of the hallway with a pistol and they shot and killed her right there. no knock warrant in the middle of the night, wrong house. |

It’s Orange Mound. The residence probably looked better AFTER the raid than before.
