Rental properties here are all real shit boxes. Nothing worth renting at all, really.
I'd just buy a camper or some such thing if the curse strikes. OP, you'll get all sorts of bonus points if you and your "gym buddy" move in together and split the rent. That will set your ex on fire for sure. |

Thank God I got in under the wire and bought in 2004. My shit is almost paid off and my mortgage is far less than regular rent. I feel sorry for people these days. This shit is not sustainable.
