I'd take a Renault (Dacia) Duster, or a Peugeot 508.

I had an Opel Kadett for a minute. Was a fun little car. Opel is also just about the only reliable brand of the lot.

The Citroen DS is a bucket list car that I've always wanted to take for a drive just because it's said to be so different from anything else.

If it has to be new, then my next question is if the Alpine A110 counts as a Renault?

If no, then that Megane RS is probably the least lame option in any of those brands today.

Peugeot. I'm old enough that I actually sold new ones in a Chevrolet / Peugeot dealership. A loaded Peugeot wasn't an awful car 30 years ago.

People bought them. Strange people...
