We have rattlesnake island here on Lake Erie. It's privately owned and is essentially a whore house for the local rich guys. They employ, almost exclusively, young eastern European Woman. Mostly Ukrainian.

Eastern European women are much more pragmatic. Sex is a tool. They will clean you out if you fall out of line.
I had the misfortune of knowing 2 schmucks marrying a Russian and Lithuanian girl. The former wrecked the business and took the kid. The latter was a prostitute who who traveled to America annually to work. Poor dude thought she could be a housewife; now she has a green card; a home to herself in Chicago; and a sizable amount of his wealth to never work again while funding living expenses of two of her friends from abroad. R.I.P to gen Y and Z guys. The widening gap in wealth is going to make it difficult to secure a woman. We're going to see an incel movement. |

My grandparents owned a cottage on Middle Bass Island and I spent at least a dozen summers up there; practically an islander and I never heard that about Rattle Snake Island. Only thing I knew was we couldn't go there.

Late 50s. Wife is early 30s, we've been married 5 years and she was 26 when we first dated.
This sort of thing happens everywhere. IMO 40s is the prime time to date women in their 20s, but a large percentage of them are open to dating even older men. It's more about having your shit together and showing security and stability than just money, though money is what enables it to happen, it's just not the sole motivating force. |

Yeah my two house mates did it...
Both are early 30s females recently divorced in Budapest. We lived in a 4 bedroom condo that was once 2 apartments.
