No special treatment any different than any other employee. If you have a Jewish employee or Christian employee they don't get special treatment for their holidays either. |

I am Baptist and do not work nights, weekends or every other week, 2 weeks at Summer, 2 Winter, 2 Thanksgiving and Christmas. God said so.

If you have the ability, flex his time so that he starts work earlier in the day - like just after sunrise. That way he can eat just before coming in to work, do his 8 hours, and leave before he gets wobbly. This will also mean he can break his fast right at sunset. Most of those in the 'west' will try to keep as normal a work routine as possible. At least that had been my experience.
