I feel old.
He picked up a Dickenson pump 12 Guage. It looks like a decent gun for the money. He will feel safer out solo hiking than walking about with just a 9mm. |

Up some steep shit, through some thick jungles, etc. I'm still hunting with 10lbs+ rifles on backpack hunts. Never less than 10 miles/ day when I going to a different area. |

PSA has a very similar gun with a pistol grip stock(NOT pistol grip only) for $149. Likely the same gun with a different importer. Of course, transfer fees can be a real bitch and make a cheap gun not worth the effort.
