I was wild eyed in love with Virginia Madsen since I saw "Electric Dreams" as a kid:
She was also in Dune, I think and a few others. She didn't do much for a while, then showed up in Sideways with Paul Giamatti, still looking pretty darn good. (this was 10 or 12 years ago): 
She was just in that new film "Joy" and though she's exactly 10 years older than me, I think she still looks pretty good.
