Went ahead and pulled it up. Cheffers crew called the most penalties, the most total flag and most yards. His second season in a row leading all crews. It was his NINTH straight season with over 200 penalties (7 of those in 16 game seasons). This year's stats:
237 penalties, 2,109 yards, 274 total flags.

The league average:
199 penalties, 1,714 yards, 233 total flags.

Bill Vinovich (who was awarded the Cowboys vs 49ers game):
154 penalties, 1,282 yards, 182 total flags.

Almost 100 fewer penalties/flags and almost 1,000 full penalty yards fewer.

He also officiates Chiefs games in a way that is mathematically obviously biased.

I don't know how many other teams he does dirty like that, but giving that guy a SB with his reputation is a choice.

His THIRD Super Bowl.

Cheffers was the referee of Super Bowl LV, which was his second Super Bowl assignment as a referee.[11] The eight penalties and 95 yards enforced against Kansas City, in the first half, were both NFL records for a Super Bowl. The first half penalties resulted in six first downs for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers which was also an NFL record.

I'm not saying that Bucs defense needed ANY help to beat the Chiefs. But it certainly didn't hurt.

Edit: He also officiated 28-3.

After the game did Tyrann Mathieu imply the refs called him a racial slur like he did after Tom Brady humiliated him?

I wish Brady wouldn't have apologized though.

So Philly probably could care less if BLM held mostly peaceful riots and burnt the city down,

Sliding down poles, oh no, can't have that!

Just get some of this, it's even in Eagles green!

Better to call penalties all game than get what we got last Super Bowl.  The refs letting them play all game and then, in the final minutes with the game on the line, call it extremely tight in favor of one team with the refs essentially deciding the outcome.

Oh, the league wanted the Rams (2nd largest market) to beat the smallest market team. Crazy.

Modern drugs will relieve Mr. Kelce of any discomfort to destroy the Bengals secondary on Sunday night.  He played the whole practice.  Then Patrick and Travis can have 2 weeks off to heal everything completely.

I think the 9ers defense carries a close, low scoring win, and the Chiefs offense puts up 31. Whether that’s enough is up to the Bengals offense.

Niners D and Giants D are two completely different animals. Even if you wanted to rate the offenses roughly equal the defenses are a different story. I see Hurtz doing a lot of running.

Is it ?? yet?

It's going to be mild and dry in Philly, wind 13mph.

The road atmosphere affects Purdy just enough, throws a crucial INT late in the 4th quarter. Eagles by 6.

I'm on call, hope this afternoon and evening is quiet.

Uh huh.

Most of the polls and betting info I've seen puts 60-70% of the public on the Bengals. That seems like an accurate representation of how this game looks.

And then there's this:
