I had a neighbor watch my dog just to let her out for a day to go potty. He couldn't get her back to into the house, so he left her on the lani in the FL heat with all the windows closed for hours until I got home. Dog almost died and was fucked up for a month before she came around to normal. I'll never make that mistake again.

 Attached FileLet me save this thread since OP sucks. This is Gunnar. Gunnar has never bitten anyone. Because: 1) Gunnar is not a pit. He’s a labradoodle. 2) I am not a retard and I trained him well from the first puppy nips never to bite. 3) I don’t leave him unsupervised with children, especially with children who aren’t my own. He’s a fantastic dog, great instincts, loves the woods, not gun shy but hates swimming. Would be an awesome pheasant dog if we had any around here. Athletic yet lazy enough to be an awesome house dog. Big bark but would be super friendly and helpful to burglars or ATF agents. Fantastic with kids. So gentle and soft mouthed he catches chukkars in his mouth and lets them go unharmed when told to. Only my in laws get to watch him because they own his brother. |

The last place I used was quality boarding and cost a measly $22 per day.
Always had him groomed before pick up. Never left him with some fill in friend or neighbor. Fuck that. |

My sister watched my mom's dog when she went out of town when he was a puppy. I guess he tore into the trash and her being idiot did something to punish him. Now everytime someone yells at him he growls and tries to bite them other than my mother. He's bitten me a few times. Got me really good the first time still have the tooth mark on my hand, all over the mailman being at the door. He's a dumb dog. I would fight too keep your dog op.

She was pretty much constantly pregnant her entire life at a puppy mill. It was after I moved out so I wasn't around to get to know her but they said she was a sweet dog. One day I started playing around with her and put a sock around her mouth as we were playing tug o war. Guess she had some issues in the past regarding her muzzle and she snapped at me. Ended up biting a hole through my upper lip. Her teeth made contact with my upper teeth as she bit through. Got lucky with a butterfly bandage with no stitches. But it was basically a "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes." I wasn't mad at the dog, I was being stupid. She ended up living another 5 years and never once growled or bit anyone after that encounter. |
