Read the first half dozen replies and can’t disagree with any.

The actor portraying Little Finger in GOT. I despised him. Don’t like his acting in anything else though.

JG as Tony in Sopranos.

TO in Justified. I

I know most of these are pretty obvious.

Aidan Gillen was great as Littlefinger. He really had a thing for Sansa, Sophie Turner, but he gave her to Ramsey Bolton. Maisie Williams was great as Arya and paid him back.

Michael J Fox as Marty McFly.  Eric Stolz was originally cast as Marty but was replaced a few weeks into filming.  One of those few times where you can see how different a movie may have been.

OK, if we go with MJF then we must add Tom Wilson.
I heard an interview with him a couple years ago.  He said he still gets hate mail addressed to "Biff".  He played that part so well.

ETA: William Smith, in just about anything he played.  Perfect consummate bad guy.

Tom Hanks in the Green Mile. When I read the books I thought to myself how Tom Hanks would nail that part. Then they made the movie and was spot on.

Mel Gibson as Mad Max. Tom Hardy did ok.

Darth Vader nailed by David Prowse from shear size but perfected by James Earl Jones

Tom Hardy as Bane and Ledger as Joker. Best Joker ever. Hardy playing Bane was a meme jackpot.

The villain guy from no country for old men was great.

The whole cast of Goonies.
