If she dies any time between now and the election, the Democrats will not allow another judge to be nominated.
They will Kavanagh anyone between now and 2024 ! |

Can that old hag just die already? Or at least step down from the court?

To busy thinking to do anything else. That's the way them big minds work. Its all in with nothing reserve for normal functions.

Cocaine Mitch has been reliable getting judicial confirmations done.

She is going to outlive everyone on this site, everyone who might have dirt on the Clintons and probably Keith Richards.

Meh, politics aside I would certainly hope anyone would assist an 86 year old 3 time cancer survivor up the stairs. Common decency it appears is a casualty of new politics. View Quote |

Political views aside, the amount of resources poured into her to keep her job is disturbing.
If you can't hold your own head up or need assistance in fear of passing out walking your unfit for work, and certainly unfit as a justice. She is simply a spiteful and selfish person. |

Wow!
They just did a "FOX NEWS ALET!!!" and lead with her name. to say she successfully underwent cancer treatment. Thought maybe she had slipped the bonds of earth for a second there. |

I've never understood this either. You see people in their 80s and 90s working in government, until the day they die. Even McStain wouldn't leave after his death sentence. The power they have must be extremely intoxicating. You'd think they would want to retire and spend time with family at some point. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I can't imagine wanting so desperately to work until the day I die. If everything I stood for in life is going to crumble the moment I stop tending the garden then it's inevitable it'll happen anyways. May as well try to stop the sunrise. |

I do not wish any ill upon RBG. By all accounts she's a lovely person, albeit with really bad politics. I do however wish she would retire. View Quote She'll have to answer for her rulings on abortion and other issues when that time comes. |

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg today completed a three-week course of stereotactic ablative radiation therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. The focused radiation treatment began on August 5 and was administered on an outpatient basis to treat a tumor on her pancreas." |

Would be really interesting if everyone is staring at RBG, and suddenly Breyer or Sotomayor drops or has a serious issue like a stroke or heart attack out of the blue. THAT would be the day the left goes completely, totally, and irrevocably apeshit. View Quote |

Quoted: Good to know there's at least some decency around here. Certainly do not agree with her views, but to wish death upon someone is pretty low. View Quote The left is evil and either they die/lose or we do. Civil war in this country won't have pretty blue coats with gold epaulettes... It will be horrific beyond compare. If her death would spare us that for a few years, I'd cheer it gladly. |

Yes. She’s in their charge, and they’re expected to be professionals. That means getting the body from point A to point B, ideally with a minimal amount of bumps and bruises.
