Quoted: I agree. If Mando didn't have the stupid baby Yoda thing it would blow. Alot of what made SW great was that it was fun. Mando is trying to be grittier but its Disney so it can't be as gritty as it needs to be. Love how we are back to the Mary Sue PC nonsense again. Yup. People have nothing to bitch about so they start picking it apart. It's a fucking tv show people. And after the latest Star Wars movie I think it's safe to say this tv show is pretty fucking good. The point is I could pick apart anything. Hell I could pick apart The Shawshank Redemption if I wanted to. In this age of decadence you can't please anybody anymore. It's fucking ridiculous. Stop watching the fucking show then you fucking pussies! and don't get me started on lets hide the kids in thatch huts right behind the ambush. |

Question:. Why didn't Mando take out the AT-ST with his ships cannons via a staffing run? Answer: Far too risky to gamble your starship asset Very likely he'd be shot down instead and crash. Ship was also recently taken apart by Jawas and maybe not too reliable in an atmosphere. EDIT: Need more A-10 warthogs in the SW universe View Quote |

My question is why didn't they just find the AT-ST at the camp and blow it up with one of those demo charges he had? After it tripped all they did was toss a charge in and KABOOM...it was done. Why not have just done that at the raider's camp?? View Quote Horror Movie: It''s What You Do - GEICO Commercial |

So I’ve been watch this series... I haven’t seen the other Star Wars movies...
What’s the chronological order I should watch them in? |

I debated putting it that way, but no one should experience Star Wars for the first time in any way but the original trilogy first.

Rogue One, A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith. Then watch The Clone Wars animated series. Rebels if you are so inclined. Skip everything else.

Starting with Rogue One is stupid because so much of that movie depends on prior knowledge of the Star Wars universe.

Quoted: Rogue One is good enough to put it first. View Quote IMO, for a first time viewer the difference between 2016 movie making and 1977 movie making is going to be jarring. Watching the old stuff first and appreciating it's charm is the way I would want to do it. Plus, you will appreciate the ending of R1 that much more. |

Now that I'm enjoying The Mandelorian and looking through different eyeglasses now back at the saga....
... thinking Solo could really have done better as a TV series like the Mandelorian. His time in the Empire for example could have made a great season of TV. |

It's the good ones. No reason to watch the crap. If you want to watch crap, watch the Christmas Special.

R1 might be my favorite SW movie, but I agree that it shouldn't be watched prior to the original trilogy even if it comes before them chronologically. In regards to the above discussion, a newbie to the franchise should watch Ep4: A New Hope, then 5: Empire Strikes Back, then 6: Return of the Jedi. Follow that up with Rogue One. Then watch Mandalorian. Watch Solo at your leisure when you’ve completed all of the above.
I’d dare say anything else should just be ignored unless you’re absolutely desperate to continue down this rabbit hole |

Ok, but the first person to suggest watching the CGI enhanced versions of the original trilogy is getting shot with a disintegrator rifle. Han not only shot first, he's the only one that shot.
