OP, you owe it to the internet to drill a $40 Anderson lower into a MG and dump a few mags on video.

If you gotta cut it up after a few years, WGAF.

Do it for science.

This. Someone thought that you'd do a good job. May as well accept it gracefully.
Out of curiosity, anyone know how many other states still have constables?

Texas has them.

So does DS9

What is DS9?

LEOSA is the ultimate "bribe" for those who wish to have rights and not have to deal with the pain in the balls of real day to day police work.

my state doesn't have anything other than deputy sheriff (which real officers staff), it would be nice to be sworn and not draw a salary or pension but get the freedoms we should all have.  There has to be a juiced in job in albany that people can get that gives them access with no responsibility.  its the political way and all.

(not busting op's balls, take it and smile!).

Sounds like a pretty awesome gig!

The Associated Press catalogued dozens of examples of misconduct, including constables caught stealing court funds, having sex with prisoners, threatening people with weapons and illegally impersonating police.

There was some discussion on here concerning the registry and the wording concerning post 86 transfers to or by a government agency. Build MG as constable, transfer to yourself personally, sue ATF if they don't follow the law.

When did that change??? It's been a handful of years but I used to hang out with some officers one night a week drinking when I worked EMS and they always gave this Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff a hard time because he couldn't carry if we went to the beach or something... He is even a k9 handler on a emergency response team of some sort and does shit with the marshals and PSP sometimes... But wasn't covered a few years ago.

The only sheriffs and deputy sheriffs that are actually classified as peace officers under the PA constitution or whatever are Allegheny county I believe, which restricts their LEOSA ability.

Congrats on the win. Perks seem nice, didn't know about the post sample part.
Hope you are more professional than some of these clowns

Constables in my area seem to be some shady motherfuckers. Glorified mall ninja types. One of the biggest complaints I hear is that they try to search peoples houses when they only have an arrest warrant.
They quit using them for a while in Westmoreland county I believe, due to them being unprofessional fuck tards.
