Quoted: Not a fan of rechargeable flashlights, for the most part. I wanna be able to get it working again in seconds if the batteries die. I do have some rechargeable ones, but most take regular batteries. I have several of those 6v SLA 55w halogen spotlights. Replaced the batteries in a few of them with some I got on clearance at WM. At the end of hunting season, WM usually throws all their trail cam stuff on clearance, and that usually includes SLA batteries. I'm considering getting some of the 2 or 3 AA to D-Cell adapters, too. Sure, it'd be expensive to fill a 2, 3, 4, 6-D flashlight with 3x the amount of Lithium AA's, but it would last fucking forever and be a lot lighter.
