NK is always threatening something but it seems like this time they are really getting backed into a corner.

He definitely isn't going to make it as far down the road as his old man did.

Saturday being the "Day of the Sun" in NK makes for interesting speculation.

So he is flexing his fat little arms by testing a nuke.....which we have had since the mid 1940s? Are we suppose to be impressed? I doubt he has a missle that can deliver one to us. Closer countries.....probably.

CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — A U.S. aircraft that specializes in detecting radioactive debris after the detonation of a nuclear device has arrived on Okinawa amid rising tensions on the Korean peninsula.
An Air Force WC-135 Constant Phoenix — commonly referred to as a nuke-sniffer — arrived at Kadena Air Base last Friday evening, said Satoru Kuba, an Okinawan who monitors military aircraft traffic at Kadena Air Base. A spokesperson for the Air Force’s 18th Wing at Kadena did not immediately respond to requests for comment, and Japan’s Ministry of Defense would not immediately verify the report. The Pentagon has often deployed one of the Air Force’s two WC-135 aircraft to the Asia-Pacific region since North Korea detonated an underground nuclear device in 2006. The plane also flew over Japan in 2011 after the meltdown at the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant, according to the Washington Post. https://www.stripes.com/news/nuke-sniffer-aircraft-arrives-on-okinawa-as-tensions-rise-on-korean-peninsula-1.463108 |

UPDATE: The North Korea monitoring project 38 North, in a new analysis of commercial satellite imagery, says the nuclear test site appears "primed and ready." Details soon.

I have 2nd or 3rd hand independent affirmation of that acft being @ Kadena.

Where's my no shit emoticon? They have a habit of doing this shit around this time. Won't be the first nor the last. Hope it's a dud.

hopefully the tunnel they have that thing in doesn't run under Seoul.

If he does, we will have no choice but to strike Syria again.

Won't be the first nuclear bomb fatboy has set off in a tunnel for those of you who live under a rock.
Will probably be the first one he sets off with a carrier strike group within range and chinese troops on the border, though. |

I say he's alive and in charge this time next year. View Quote I actually see this one too. He's got nukes, he's continuing to develop them, he's unpredictable. That's not good for any country. I think that's why there's so much international support on this. |

It's the supreme leaders birthday.
Ill''s grandfather Kim Ill Song (I think is still considered the supreme leader even though he is dead) It's a mandatory holiday when people are in pyongyang to watch a show of military might, and spontanious choreographed mandatory dance in the streets afterwords. And a nuclear test. |

Politically speaking, fat boy backs Trump into a corner if he pops one off.
We wouldn't have much a choice but to FO. I'm starting to get worried about this |

Honest question. How many plans do you think Mattis has drawn up right now? (Or had drew up for him.)
There's so many variables, I can't think we're in the middle of executing any single plan. Especially if he does do another test, or rocket launch. |

Gonna need a shit load more carriers than one to take on NK. View Quote or our silos in the Dakotas if they really feel like doing the incredibly stupid and lobbing a Nuke at the carrier group. |

Didn't see this asked or answered, but where is this tunnel actually at in relation to the border?
