Russia would be beyond retarded kicking things off with NATO. Their conventional military performed beyond poor against a 3rd string military with some 80’s/90’s NATO handmedowns.
Russia would be fighting a battle where they wouldn’t control the land, air, sea, space, or most importantly…logistics. I’m all for letting Russia grind themselves to a nub in Ukraine…and if we support that okay…but I’m not buying the Russian. Boogeyman narrative. They may want to be the boogeyman, but they’ve proven they’re incapable of that, at least when it comes to protecting conventional military power. |

It can solve the insurgency problem Russia is going to have in occupied Ukraine by following the Russian model of having Moscowites and units like the Chechens point guns at poorly trained and equipped conquered Ukrainians and matching them into places like Moldova, Georgia, and other non NATO countries. These occupied populations get incorporated as meat for the Russian army who in turn can be marched into NATO at gun point by the reliable elements of the Russian army. NATO expends millions killing Russia’s insurgency problems while moving to secure whatever geographic defensive strongholds it can in places like Romania. Is the west going to toss nukes over Romania? Doubt it. Most of Poland’s military is still orders on paper. Europe is practically naked and the right in the US, usually the most hawkish is flying with the doves refusing to establish a line before enough meat is conquered by Russia. Russia’s on a war time economy and further sanctions do little unless we start sinking tankers which would push China and India closer to Russia. Worse do you trust the thieves and criminals in DC to lead this war without doing something like ordering conscription to round up conservatives to ship them off to die in a poorly lead war? I think this whole thing is contrived to kill a lot of birds. War covers up the crimes of the swamp and their family, what really happened with covid and J6, and if Trump gets in forces his hand too either stay in the war or surrender in some fashion. |
