You actually sound like an optimist here. You have some semblance of hope that a convention of states might have a positive net effect.

If it ever happens, I don't think it'll change a damn thing. Not in a positive way anyhow.

Clarify for me - you deliberately caused cardiac arrest for personal reasons, OR you've cracked the chest and massaged the heart?

The fact is the Republic and the rule of law is dead.  Best get to trying ANYTHING to get it jumpstarted before the inevitable death gets confirmed.
Our current words on paper aren't enforced. What makes you think new words on paper will change that?
I don't.

I just think all boxes need to be checked.
For what to occur?

You should wait for interest rates to go up.

Probably not.

But I believe we are marching towards a Socialist state.  At the rate we're going, we might have a generation left, give or take.  A CoS will force that change to happen a whole hell of a lot faster.

Instead of a slow boil, let's bring it to a rolling boil and see if the frogs can jump out.

We bought on the downward trend last time and were able to refinance a couple years later and drop almost 2 points.

People are fucking assholes.

We stopped in Petsmart last weekend to pick up a new toy for Olive.

There was a local rescue there with daggies. There was an Am Staff named Reilly. He was a cutie.

But you could see he had been chewed up and treated horribly. They brought him back from next to dead.

He got lots of head scratching and petting from us while we were there. He kinda latched on to me. I felt bad when he left.

Sometimes I'd consider it, if the discounts were good enough.  The problem is you get stuck with all the warranty work with being the first owner.  And there are way too many shitty techs at dealers, and the rate for warranty work is always lower than non-warranty work (as paid to the dealer), so they'll try putting shit off until it's out of warranty as often as they can.
View Quote
WTF?????????????????? Whatchu talkin bout Willis???

Also...

Our warranty labor rate is $192.50 per hour.

Customer pay is $145 per hour.

Customers do not always buy the needed repairs or maintenance.

Warranty repairs are guaranteed work. We do it when it comes in. Warranty ALWAYS pays.

By which I mean roosters, so don’t get too excited.
AJ will be so disappointed

You should post men you find physically attractive after the cocks, get him all excited.
Or perhaps men she finds physically attractive holding the cocks.
There's probably pictures of men holding their cocks that she could find.

I'm a doom and gloomer.
You actually sound like an optimist here. You have some semblance of hope that a convention of states might have a positive net effect.

If it ever happens, I don't think it'll change a damn thing. Not in a positive way anyhow.

I'd be saving for the next ten years for that. At least.

That's also just for the down payment on a 60k house.

4 weeks until vacation bois

About a month and a half for me.
I don't have a vacation scheduled.
May brudda
Eh
I'm wondering if I should wait for the credit bubble to pop before I get a house or not. Because it'll probably pop in the near future.

We bought on the downward trend last time and were able to refinance a couple years later and drop almost 2 points.
Nice.
Very nice

1800sq ft, 1/4 acre lot, inside city limits so we have the high property taxes.

$670/month.
Damn
I'm looking at stuff and trying to keep payments below $600. So my max price with nothing down is about 80K
Get the 20% down and you can have the mortgage insurance waived.  That will save you a SHITLOAD of money.

If it’s going to take you 10 years to save $12k something is very wrong.

Puck, come back and sling shit with me some more, please and thank you.

That's more fun than talking about our downfall as a nation.

Seems well past time to start potty training. Nearly 20 years old now.

Anyone else read that to the Safety Dance tune?
