Yesterday My phone updated to the Android Version 12. Has some additional cool features, some IDGAS about.
My first Android phone was 4.4 LOL damn - a lot has changed since then. ETA: Should say I have a Moto one 5G Ace - had Android 11 on it when I bought it a year ago. Also: my phone is Verizon prepaid - super deal. |

I think any of the higher end phones will be running 13 at this point.

13 on a Samsung A12 64GB grey market model. It started with either 10 or 11, IIRC. I didn't realize I had been updated from 12 until I just checked.

Same phone as you. Still on 11.
Think I bought it with 10 on it. |

My phone, Samsung s10, is running 12
I just retired my tab s2 tablet, it was running 6 I think. New tablet s8 is running 13. |

Phone: 9
Older phone: 8 Older, older phone: 7 Car head unit: 9 Tablet #1: 5 Tablet #2: 4 Tablets do not have Gapps and lack drivers for camera, GPS, etc. Do have wifi drivers in the ROMs. I believe they are on Kat Kiss. One of the phones is on ASOP and another on Cyanogen Mod. Head unit runs Hal9k. Current phone still stock. Wanting to run a custom ROM for a while now but have not had time to do it. Every device works fine. Hard to find apps that run on the old tablets these days especially since I'm working on getting them running again with fresh installs. I really like TWRP on them. |

13 on an S22+. The + is nice but I should have gotten the Ultra.

My Galaxy S5 Active came with Bread & Circuses 4.4 eight years ago. Now maxed out at 6.01

Quoted: Thanks for the valuable information. View Quote Some people just don't care what version they are on. Many just want to know "Does it work? Yup. OK." and that is all they need to know. I have no idea what version my backup Android phone came with or what it is on now. I don't use it often, and truthfully have no idea how to even check (iPhone is my primary phone). |

8.0.0. They might have forced the download for the next silly named sweet sugar treat on me, but they can't make me install it.

Quoted: I've been considering switching to the pro for the camera, and ditching my real camera. Do you think the 7 pro's camera is worth the upgrade over the 7? @RoccoOnFire View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: I've been considering switching to the pro for the camera, and ditching my real camera. Do you think the 7 pro's camera is worth the upgrade over the 7? @RoccoOnFire I'm not sure. I haven't used the 7's camera for comparison, so it's hard to say. It's a good camera. I had to look up the differences, from what I can tell it has a wider ultrawide shot, and a telephoto lens. I guess it depends what you use your camera for. The macro shot is nice, and a little bit of optical zoom is useful, too. I'm not incredibly blown away by its capabilities, and for anything serious I wouldn't want to use it in place of a camera. I also haven't sat down and really learned its capabilities and true limitations, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I haven't been impressed with low light performance. Also, there is this clicking sounds the camera makes when I walk with it in my pocket. It drives me nuts, but that may have something to do with my 2 year old throwing it across the exam room at the doctor's office. Sorry for not being very helpful. |

View Quote I appreciate the info, I'm watching some videos now. I am a "snap shotter" more than a photographer and I'm finally coming to grips with that and realizing that the mirrorless camera I carry is much better than I ever will be, so why carry it? |

I'm a simple man - version 9 is still working for everything I need it for.
I'd rather spend money on airplane stuff rather than cell phone shit that I don't need... |

My MotoG is running Android 11. The Droid Maxx that I retired a year ago was running Android 4.4.4. It started shutting down randomly, although the battery was still strong. That's how they die, I suppose.
