I wasn't much into it until I got roped into playing Santa one year.
Now I look forward to it. I'll go almost anywhere to visit kids.

This lil' guy was not impressed. He pee'd on Santa's lap...

Having a good Elf helps...

Bah Humbug!

A family shakeup (divorce), tight finances (and I mean tight), and family members scheduled to work on Christmas eve and day leave me kinda not feeling it this year.

The prevailing feeling of dread as to what the next year will hold doesn't help.

Nope.  Working every holiday this year.  I'll probably clear close to 100 hours of
Holiday time.

We celebrate Saturnalia, it still irritates me that Christmas was invented to replace it.

Its all about family.

It's all about a guy named Jesus.

To some or most. It can certainly be about family or the spirit of giving for those with other beliefs.

I'm going with Jesus's Birthday for $500 Alex...sure it's been twisted but it is the reason.

Christmas doesn't mean all that much to me, but I do enjoy the decorations and especially all the colored lights.

I don't like taking so much vacation time at the coldest and darkest time of year. It doesn't make any sense.

I say bah! to wonder and magic.

Either that or they feel obligated to spend time with their families when they would rather not.
