Tommygunz has a collab with Requenz called “Lose the War” and I have to admit, it’s a damn good track and sounds great coming over a decent system.

On my phone and busy or I’d like a youtube but you can search it pretty easily.  Spotify has it too

Quoted:
While there have been whites making rap/hip-hop since the late 1900s, it was not until the turn of the century that pigment challenged artists started to gain mainstream respect. Nowadays there is a multitude of crackers pumping out quality rhymes that rival anything their darker colleagues produce. White rappers tend to write music that has depth to the lyrics and is relatable to the common man, whereas black rappers can mumble nonsense to someone else's beat and attain equal or greater success. Not to say that blacks don't produce quality rap, but the sheer volume of black rap that is sub par lowers the percentage of music that can be considered listenable.

It's easy to say Eminem, and while he raps with unparalleled speed and precision, I never felt a personal connection with his lyrics. Growing up Alabama white trash, it wasn't until the last decade or so that my demographic was accurately represented. Growing up I tended to gravitate towards Memphis style rap, i.e. Three 6 Mafia, UGK, among others. Lil Wyte was the only white in that genre, but I never felt a connection with his music either.

Now to the question at hand. My current favorite white rapper is Yelawolf. A fellow Alabama native, his music is relatable to me and my upbringing. Some of it can be a little corny, but I feel that he is genuine and not just putting on a front.

What about you, GD? I'm sure the diverse musical tastes here will provide solid input, peppered in between the usual shit posting that we all enjoy.

None of them.  I absolutely hate rap and hiphop.  I suspect a lot of that is being forced to listen to it at work decades ago.   I associate it w/ hoodrats and criminals.

I'm gonna have to agree. I tend to prefer something with a melody and talented vocalists and instrumentalists. Any rap "music" (it's not)  has neither attribute.
