I really like those second ones except the arms.

Was looking at vuarnet and they have way too many different lens options. Quite pricy as well.

Yeah! Love latkes!

Especially with a sour/fresh cream and applesauce.

And a Trappist beer.

Hogue is making a good set up with that lock. Kizer Drop Bear is a nice one if she doesn't mind aluminum scales.

There's another one that came up recently, very similar, not remembering what it was...

Ritter RSK? The small is a little smaller and the large is a little larger than a Bugout, but AEBL lock and good steel. Plus a portion of funds go to knife rights.

I dig the pen, and the coffin fob on the lanyard....but saying you're going out an about with that many portholes in your pocket implies you're looking for strange men, (sailors).
Doesnt Boston do a Navy Week? That might be a good time for you to meet a bunch of strange new sailors.

I wasn't paying attention then.

Is this where we are talking about? I can't really see anything in the pic. It's just all black. I'm not a fan of antler either, but this doesn't seem to suck as much as most.

Looks great. I really like that pattern in the leather too - looks really hard to keep it lined up with a little stamp.

There were pics a little while  back - it flares out with little wings there.

Thanks, my thoughts also.

Yes, it swells out about 0.300” on either side. Dumbest request I’ve ever received. Antler is a close second…

RGT scales from Black Friday. Really liking the new grippiness over the polished smooth g10.

Aside, I am very pleased with the construction of the Kapara as this was the first time taking it apart. The screw barrels are all captive on both sides. No spinning like typical spyderco house designs. The pivot barrel is also captive on both sides and it has a sweet bushing. When assembling you can crank everything down tight without a worry. Blade centers perfectly and it flicks and drops shut freely without blade play. The blade also has an overtravel stop arch milled onto it that engages a pin in the scales.

Excellent design. One of the best spyderco products.
