Got a buddy that has filed for divorce the paperwork was sent to her lawyer changes were made,but now her lawyer says they are to busy to return the paperwork to let his lawyer review the changes and want to wait until the hearing that is two months away. Is there anyway to get her lawyer to send the documents back for review instead of being surprised at the hearing with unreasonable demands and having to wait until February of next year to have another hearing?

LOL...Too busy to return the paperwork. Make sure you have that statement in writing,I'm sure the court will love it if you let them get away with it.
