This stays in my bag when on the road. The 32oz bottle is impractical to travel with.

I grew up using Tabasco. I've tried a bunch of others over the years and many are very good, but I just like Tabasco.

Quite good went used within reason. I went a little overboard on some stir fry one night and about four hours later had a severe gastric reflux attack that did one hell of a job of simulating a heart attack. Lesson learned.

I have quite a few in the pantry but many varieties of El Yucateco.
Florida Man's Lunacy roasted garlic hot sauce is super yummy.

i voted tabasco sauce, it was my gateway hot sauce. i like it on just about everything, but those other sauces go on mexican dishes and i wouldnt use tabasco on a mexican dish. tough for any sauce to work on everything, so just go with what works for your palate.

anyone ever try the tom's all day hot sauce from allegheney city farms? someone on here recommended their pittsburgh style and it was good and really hot.

Ingredients: RED PEPPER FLAKES, DISTILLED VINEGAR, LEMON JUICE, WATER, HIMALAYAN PINK SALT, GARLIC, XANTHAN GUM, HOT PEPPER POWDER

it is out of stock but ive been keeping an eye on it

Cholula Sweet Habanero for a bit of heat.  Not looking for weapons grade stuff.  Hell, I celebrate their entire catalog.  However, Tabasco Chipotle does have the edge for flavor over Cholula's offering.  Anything breakfast related has to have Valentina's.  Frank's can fuck smooth off!

Tabasco is only good for breakfast foods.
Tapitio goes on anything......

That said, I like variety, so I mix it up.
Salsa is better than either.

I make my own.  Roasted, peeled NM Green Chile goes in the food processor with salt, garlic and a little bit of vinegar.

Not sure too many of you could handle it, as I use XXHot from Hatch, NM.

More like a bunch of people with functioning taste buds.

I’d take Valentina Black Label over Tabasco any day.
