Not bad for seven and a half bucks either.
Twice the size of a Taco Bell burrito, but nowhere near the shit sammich that is offered from that joint.
We will not be having a big dinner tonight.

Closest WAWA is 370ish miles away according to their map.

I'll have to pass.

I'm not saying it's not amazing.

It very well may be.

But when your base of comparison is only to Taco Bell, that isn't exactly... persuasive.

Only gas station burrito worth eating is an all-sups burrito. Ifykyk.

The only things I’ve had from WaWa that I like are their pretzels and the turkey sandwich they have during Thanksgiving.

I’ve never even noticed burritos on the menu. May have to try one.

As I recall, they began as a dairy and expanded to convenience stores.  At least during my Wawa days, they kicked the shit out of the average 7/11 I'd grown up with.

New store opened up less than a mile away on Thursday. There is another about 6 miles away but it's in the middle of a ghetto hood and it is very dangerous to even drive in to the parking lot.
Eventually the novelty will wear off, but the food is very good so far.

I can't imagine eating at a gas station by choice. I get that sometimes it is necessary on a road trip, and some can be okay options, but the love people here have for their local gas station food is strange. When thinking about where I want to go, it is never a gas station.

You can get food at privately owned, rural gas stations in the south that puts most restaurants to shame.

Yes, Wawa was originally a convenience store/deli with no gas pumps. My uncle lived near the original location and I have been to it. Real deli counter with meats and cheese by the pound. (At least it was still like that a little over 20 years ago)

That being said, Sheetz is better

Heard about it for years from my east coast family. Finally got to try it this summer. Grabbed an assortment of foods. It was okay, but WAY over hyped.

Kwick Trips have it beat, hands down.

Mild please.
You got it (from right hand). There you go man.

For the full Wawa experience, you have to eat it on one of their trash cans outside.

I get it, but I quit taking the rural gas station recommendations long ago. Some can be fine, but the "fried chicken to die for" is usually swimming in grease, the collards are just really salty, and the crab place stinks like rotten seafood.

When I was working in Philly a few years back we picked up our daily lunch at Wawa every time.

Awesome sandwich and wrap selection.

I'm jealous.. wish we had them here.

Allsups has the best.  Better when under the heat lamp for a few hours.  With the hot sauce packs.

Love Wawa...but for Chicken Sandwich. The joint - Royal Farms.  They are always like right next to each other by half a mile, so it makes no difference for me. Wawa is my cheat joint, if i am sick of salad ... I just go there and get me a hoagie (Meatballs)
