Kek is not a mistype. When World of Warcraft launched, the opposing factions could see what each other "said" in out loud chat, but the letters were scrambled. LOL appeared as KEK to the other side. It all went downhill from there.

A few might, but too many are addicted to this place to leave. I don't know what those three did to get banned but I know that it takes a lot to get banned and it is debated at length by staff / senior staff before any action is taken. Mods don't have a say in who is banned, just staff. I'm sure there is communication between staff and the banned person so it's clear why they are being banned. Most "bans" aren't permanent anyway.

I remember the old days when I used to lurk here and read threads about Waco and Ruby Ridge, and there would be like 1 poster (always a cop) defending that bullshit to 99 other posters tearing it apart.

Now it’s all “hey we don’t need that look,” and “that shit is not welcome here!” So many of you are so concerned about how your mascara looks while the boot presses down on your neck.
