This is some pretty disturbing stuff that Jim Jordan was just reading off.
He said the ATF taped the doorbell camera and cut off all power to the house. And he shows a video of the ATF staging at a Walmart parking lot one week earlier, but Jim Jordan said they didn't do the raid that day because he wasn't home. More info in the video. I think Jim Jordan said the guy made roughly $235,000 a year.
You think a guy of his nature and his upstanding in the community, they could have probably contacted him and set up a meeting with him. |

So officer safety is a consideration for planning warrant service but serving a search warrant when the house is empty is bad?
At least they didn't ride up in cattle trailers with a helicopter buzzing the roof first. |

The claim is they week before they staged up and then didn't go because guy wasn't home. Since it was a search warrant and not an arrest warrant this is beyond bad and clearly show they wanted a confrontation.

I think it'd be amusing if they taped up my door camera, but didn't noticed the other two cameras watching the door.
Am I paranoid? Yes, yes I am. Why? My neighbors are methheads. |

Wonder if the victim had any knowledge of certain agencies smuggling drugs through his airport.

One of the reasons I invested in cellular game cameras. Always best practice to establish great, not good, relations with your neighbors to ensure they or their attorneys would be willing to share their Ring/Nest camera footage with you.

Kinda concerning, but I would like to know. |

Oh, I made it in near enough the beginning to likely be one of the ones they look at. Wonderful, to the fedboi taking notes, get a job ya bitch.

They could have had the sheriff pick up David Koresh while he was in town.

He was "selling guns" as a hobby, not raping and murdering. Certainly not a violent criminal warranting a no knock at the crack of dawn. You just call the guy and sit down with him. |

We are not free.
Not as bad as many countries. But if you think America still exists like it did for your father and grandfather, you're delusional. |

I imagine the career of most ATF agents is exceedingly boring. Smashing in doors of a white collar airport manager is the English equivalent of the 19th century Englishman who goes home to his wife bragging of shooting down the Zulu tribesman with a machinegun. It's a cheap thrill and they can get away with it, so why not. I wouldn't look for a whole lot of further meaning than that.

Damn, possible he was a highly contributing member here too. And no I’m not joking about “what’s his screen name”. Anyone with the funds to do what we do at a high enough (murky line) profile could be raided just like this. You know by the numbers they arrived with that this was basically a coordinated attack.
I want to see the rest of the hearing. |

Actually they wanted to kill him. Just like they want to kill all of us. I have to go with this. Nothing else explains the level of raw insanity employed by the government. If I wanted to sell some of my personal collection, how many is too many? What number indicates I'm in firearms business and not simply selling some of my own guns to other individuals? Is there a magic number, do I guess or let atfe make random decision?.

Nothing will be done about this as usual, it's just a show.
They can kill us but don't you dare even shoot at one of them, or worse. |

Either they murdered a man who committed no crime, or they killed a dangerous criminal during a justified no knock warrant. |

Private sales were 100% legal in his state.
The only issue is the ambiguous "sold too many" clause which I don't believe is legally defined. Instead of attempting a peaceful warrant, they went in guns blazing. Probably didn't even identify themselves properly. Let's call it what it is: legalized murder. |

But these cowards won't go into the lesser desirable neighborhoods and kick in doors, no matter how many Glock switches are known to be there.

And there were no body cameras on, even though it was Little Rock PD's policy that they were to have them on, even when assisting the FBI.

Given the timing, it seems to me they wanted an example of what they could do to you with their new "Rule".
