Trying to change email address. To do that, need account password, which apparently I have forgotten. No way to deal with forgotten password. Need old password to change to new password. Who do I need to contact?

If you are being automatically logged in then your browser has saved your password and you should be able to display it.

In your web browser's settings, there should be a section about security/privacy settings and stored passwords.

Side note

Use a password manager

I use keepassXC and recommend that everyone use it.

Log out

Then go to "Log In" just like it says on the screenshot I made.

Depending on your browser, the passwords should be saved somewhere. Do a web search on your browser, and see if there are instructions explaining how to find your passwords.

Another trick that works for me sometimes is to use the copy & paste feature on the password field. If your browser automatically fills in the password field, do not click on Submit. Instead, highlight the dots and copy & paste them into any blank field or an open document file. The dots will be converted to the actual text.

Just PM me the user IDs and passwords for all of your financial type accounts.

I will fix everything.

If he no longer has the old email the forgot password button will send the reset to one he can't access.

He didn’t say anything about that, he said he needs help with forgotten password in order to change his email address.

It’s possible he has both issues (doesn’t have access to the old email and does not have his password) but he should say that if it’s the case. He didn’t.
