Totally forgotten about those!

I had both of those sets!  Had some Capsela, too.

I was big into Robotix too. Picked up two sets that were almost brand new from a garage sale. You could build robots with a little remote control and servos.

Construx too. Left one of them sitting on a table at night and freaked out my dad going to work. Certain pieces glowed and all he could see was "glowing eyes."

How about a Warhammer and a Shadow Hawk?

https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/22875/2019-10-27_20_55_35-1139951.jpg

They've been on top of my computer desk.  I REALLY need to dust them off.

HOLY SHIT!  You suck!   Man, I'd love to track those down!
I've never seen such toys which are clearly Battletech/Robotech relatives.

Warhammer, Griffin, and Shadowhawk?  Awesome!

Takara did a ton of Fang of the Sun Dougram toys, which were mostly not available in the US. I can't recall how I got my Soltic H8 as a kid. My brain wants to say it was from a TRU in PA, but who knows. The largest number were in 1/144 scale (smaller than the 1/72 Soltic H8/Griffin I had) - and they had nearly everything from the show available in that scale, including vehicles.

Check Hobby Link Japan.  The Warhammer is actually a 1/100 Macross Tomahawk destroid model.  The Griffin and Shadow Hawk are part of the Revoltech Dougram series from 10+ years ago.

My brain is telling me that Bandai recently released a Hi Metal R Dougram and H8, too - like within the past couple of years.

Wow, there's enough unseen minis in that first pic to make Harmony Gold's lawyers giddy.

Is that the Armourcast Mad Cat?  I always wanted one, but by the time I could afford to buy one it was long out of production.

My older cousin had one of those.  I never knew what it was but I remember it always being on the table in the basement.

He went on to do computer stuff for the air Force and then Boeing.

Kinda wish I hadn't used my G.I. Joes for target practice when I got my first BB gun.

Anybody have one of these?

I used to put the goalpost at one end of the hall and the kicker at the other.  I’d smack the crap out of his head and kick a 20’ field goal. It was awesome.

Ditto

I shot one of my Crimson Guard figures square in the chest, and he blew apart. I was able to put him bag together again, but he didnt survive the second shot

The Transformers Jetfire model is actually a rebranded Takatoku 1/55 Macross VF-1S Valkyrie from Robotech.

I got that for Christmas one year, my Dad had it all setup next to the tree. That was an epic Christmas morning. My parents always did really good by us for Christmas. I think this is the last year when my youngest will still believe in Santa, makes me sad.
