How can that possibly be their reply. Disenfranchise millions of people by breaking the law and disregard the instructions given by the court.

I didn't get into the details of every argument they've made yet, a few things pop out:
1) as mentioned above, many PA voters have been disenfranchised by the fraud that they aren't addressing. Don't know how, procedurally, that argument would play into the case in front of the court.
2) the separation of powers argument is interesting.  Essentially, mind your own business, this is executive branch stuff.
3) On page 27 they quote Saucedo v. Gardner  “Having induced voters to vote by absentee ballot, the State must provide adequate process to ensure that voters’ ballots are fairly considered and, if eligible, counted." as part of the reason why ballots can't be invalidated retroactively. That's only a good argument if Alito considers the absentee ballots to be eligible.  Considering that he told them to segregate some of the ballots and purportedly they did not, he may not agree with them.  Why include this line of thinking?   Arrogance? Or maybe I'm just not getting it?  I'm certainly not a constitutional law scholar.  I don't even play a lawyer on TV.
4) They spend a lot of time relying on recent decisions ignoring fraud in other battleground states.

The certified results only have Biden winning by 80,555 votes. I thought it was a bigger gap than that.

That is an interesting neighborhood. I took a look around (street view rocks). Looks like they have no zoning restrictions, kind of like parts of Houston.

Walmart can track items in real time from the suppliers loading dock, GPS on each truck, pallets unloaded at distribution center certain unloading bay in 15 min window, the time and truck it leaves, route to store, arrival at store loading dock by pallet, location on shelves with inventory count, sales of the item at the register. We can do 10 billion* ATM transactions in this country every year with nary a hitch. And a staggering number of electronic funds transfers and debit/credit card charges, though granted in this case some small percentage of them will have problems.

We put over 10 billion RFID tags in play every year worldwide, tracking boxes, tools, and farm animals. Using Bluetooth my keychain, wallet, phone, and my dog's harness all know how to find each other. The harness also has GPS.

But somehow voting is really hard. Matching signatures is a crap shoot. Tracing individual ballots would require some kind of dark sorcery. Nobody has any idea how to keep track of voting machines, thumb drives, or boxes of filled ballots. Statistical tests that apply to everything else somehow don't mean anything when it comes to votes.

If I were not such a naive and trusting person I would start to wonder...

* I looked this up.  It's about 30/year/person so it sounds reasonable.

I agree. You bring up good points. It's amazing we have to make this so complicated. I suppose it makes the cheating easier.
(NB - Does it mean my brain is broken if I thought ATM meant ass to mouth instead of automatic teller machine when I first read it?)

Including packs of gum.

But we can’t find your once every four years presidential election ballot????!

Precisely. It's fucking nuts. Djibouti can probably run a better election than we can. It's fucking embarrassing. And I'm oh-so-happy that my state is doubling down with the stupidity.

Yeah WTF is in dem peaches cuz we’re see a whole lotta tardation coming out of there!!

Obviously we voted the wrong people into office. Maybe it's not the peaches. Maybe it's those assholes eating Georgia peanuts out of shit.

@kbi, hey. Some things were said about cats last night but I want you to know that it was all allegory, like Animal Farm or Maus. Everybody in Riot Squad loves cats.

that's why I always think it's funny when someone goes full retard, within minutes they've got his whole life history including his view history on porn hub ----- but if you call up your bank for customer service and ask them to find your mortgage payment from 7 months ago -- forget about it.
