I've owned a Squale 1545 before and was impressed by their quality/price, but now thinking about their iconic 1521 with the certified movement and Squale's new bracelet. Anyone own one? Your thoughts??

I found it to wear substantially thicker than the numbers suggest, and didn't like how deep the dial sat below the crystal. It was like looking down a well. Ok, that's an exaggeration, but it illustrates my point. Certainly well made and a good value, though.

Appreciate that. I recall the same thing when looking down at the 1545 and that's only rated for 200m compared to 500m with what we're talking about it. Not sure if water resistance has anything to do with it.
