If the haircut really is associated with crime, why is anyone complaining? Target identification is a lot simpler when criminals choose to self-identify.

Good.
Their business, their rules. That’s the hairstyle of mouthbreathers and criminal scum, as well as illegal border jumpers. I know, I repeat myself. |

Quoted: It's always funny when some college egghead tries to apply a deep meaning to some stupid social trend. View Quote In the late 1980s, there was a similar haircut trend that got popular with some of the younger crowd. I thought it was funny as hell, because they were copying one of the younger Hollywood actors as if the actor had done it to be a trendsetter, when the simple fact was that his hair had not grown out enough to have a normal haircut, after getting an old-style monk's bowl cut for a previous movie he did with Sean Connery. |

Does not compute. The only way I’ve ever been able to tell who was a good yute or bad yute was which way they were pointing their rifle. It’s fixing hair for Christ sake.

Long ago it was kids that their mom tried to give them a cheap bowl haircut. Same look. Not something you would seek out on purpose.

I remember my mom putting a bowl on my head and using the trimmers on everything sticking out. I was little but as soon as she set the trimmers down i buzzed right down the top of my head so i would have to get a buzz. She was pissed. |

As a high school teacher, I can tell you that the Edgar Cut is a good predictive factor for poor impulse control and poor decision-making, even by the standards of your average teenage boy of the 2020s. Not -all- Edgars suffer thusly, but you'll rarely be wrong if you start from that assumption.

I love how they say the Jumano were “absorbed” by the Apaches. They were killed off by the Apaches. It’s so they can maintain the “peaceful, nature loving, natives” narrative, lol.

All the same haircuts different names. Give it a year or two and it will be out of fashion for another 30 years for everyone except the most simple Jacks. Also….Early 90s 6th grade me coulda been a gangsta. |

Noticed that hair style getting pretty common. Figured that they just all used the same bowl cut to save a few bucks.
