lol, now he's taught Constitutional Law for 9 years. Why stop at 2? Trump should pack the court with 100. Thomas is 75 and Alito is 73. So, he was probably implying that those two were going to retire or pass away before 2029. He does have a point.. |

I hope he gets elected, and goes forward with appointing two more, just like they're planning but with his peeps not theirs.

They need support in congress to get their nominees through. Just ask obama how the process works.

Honestly where will we find another Clarence Thomas. Swamp will keep anyone similar from getting up in the process that far... It is an unfortunate truth that the pool of Constitutionalist judges in the nation to choose from has probably shrunk to be close to non-existent. We're like 50 years into a snowballing liberalization of the entire system and brainwashing of kids starting from kindergarten and going all the way through law school and beyond and D.I.E. will have only sped up the cancer. |

and this:
in the number pi, at what position are the sequence of eight 8s? ChatGPT The sequence of eight 8s in the decimal expansion of pi occurs at position 78,244,228. This means that starting from the beginning of the decimal expansion of pi, you would find the sequence "88888888" beginning at the 78,244,228th digit. |

Maybe it suggests the Dems learned something from running Clinton. They didn't get the Presidency and that framed a lot of activity in the Judiciary and not just the Supreme court. So they seem to know there are judicial outcomes/consequences along with legislative, yet they don't have a water-walking nominee again. All parties should be considering the judiciary even if it's wonky to the voting public.

So if the Supreme Court rules that you must turn in your AR or the cops will destroy your life, what will you do? California is an example of what gun owners will do.
