Yeah, as of right now, that's not aging well...$3.01 to $3.15 in very early premarket.

Going to be an interesting week.

Last time it was up above 2.50, I bought on the way up, and then it fell back down to 1.50.  That stung.  I'm just holding.

ETA:  I hadn't looked yet this morning.  Yeah, I'd definitely not buying now.  I'm just gonna strap onto the rocket and hope it's not an ACME rocket, and I'm not in a Roadrunner cartoon.

I was hoping to get a nice clean 3k shares filled out, almost made it.

Looks like those last 11 shares will be 3x more expensive than my average share price now.

There’s gonna be some profit taking at market open. Hopefully we have the momentum to test $3.45 afterwards. If so things are gonna get exciting

Did you buy intent on a buyout, or are you in for quick profit?

If you want quick profit, sell now. If you're holding for a buyout, stay in... maybe pare down your held shares to take a little profit now though.

I think I initially bought at 0.22, then kept buying.

I wish I had just sunk it all in at the beginning.

Edit: To your original question, I'd probably hold it, but it really depends on if you bought a shitload or not. If so, It wouldn't terrible to take some profits and hold the rest. At 19 cents cost basis, it's hard to go wrong.

If you sold the puts it means you wrote them and you can't exercise a contract you wrote.

Unless you bought a bunch of $3 puts? But that wouldn't put you ITM above $3 either.

Fuck it just sold a bunch of calls at $4 covered 15% of my basis. If it executes, I am happy at that share price. If the share price nose dives I will just buy them back.

3.17 and rising.

Look like some people probably had some sell orders set for 3.20.  It bounced off that and back down a tad.

Uh... I want the price to stay slightly under $3 until the 18th so that the holding parties will exercise. In other words, I want to buy the stock at $3 with the money that's tied up in the options.

If the price is way over $3 on the 18th, then I would have to pay more to buy them.

Either way, unless the stock goes below $2 by the 18th, I made money.

I hear ya.  On a recent spike, I lucked out and sold close to the top, then it settled back down, and I bought back in.  Another time, I bought more as it went up, thinking it was about to take off, but then it reversed again and dropped.

Sell now, and lock in profits, then it keeps going up, so I lose profits.
Or hold, and lose potential profits when it deflates back to 1.50.

Maybe sell half?
