My driveway…..late at night. Ain’t nobody THAT lost.
Tell the wife and daughter to head to their designated locations and be ready, because this time isn’t a drill. |
|
|
|
Turn on the lights, look them right in the eyes, and start slow stroking
|
|
Call the police. Tell them they are at the wrong house and please don’t shoot, just trying to take a nap.

Everyone’s talking about shooting. Am I really the only one who’s planted IEDs beside my driveway for this type of situation?

"What the devil?" I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

My driveway is at the long end of a dead end road and a long way beyond that. Nobody shows up at night by accident. Pulling through the gate I have a picture, a light comes on and I charge the Ma deuce and wait.

So far, it is a game of checkers. I wait to see if it turns into a game of chess.

Initiate acetone fueled sprinkler heads and pitch a lit cigar out the top story window.
Perimeter sweep. |

According to Joe Biden the proper response is to fire two shotgun blasts from the balcony.

Rub myself down with extra Virginia olive oil, then go to create joinder.. Naked, except for my fury tail..

Well that would be strange because we live on a dead end dirt road.... Off a dead end dirt road. Our entire road woud be on high alert. We all pretty much know when someone has something going on and everyone has a dog or dogs. So any car driving up the road at some wacky time wakes everyone up.
Also im not sure why id close the blinds to peak through them. Id probably just flip the 16 flood flights on for the barn yard because nothing says you're lost like going from dead dark to broad daylight ?? |

It happened to me about 2 months ago.
I got up to get a drink of water at about 0415 and I see a car coming down the driveway. I go to another window and observe. Guy gets out of the car and walks to the front door. He has something in his hand It drops at the front door and then takes a picture of it. It was an Amazon delivery. Who knew Amazon would deliver things before dawn? Good thing I didn't grab the AR head out the back door, circle around, and start blasting him when he got out of the car. Oh, sure, I could have used the backhoe and find a place to dispose the body, maybe on some neighbor's property, but they probably have some GPS that tracks the vehicle and deliveries he has yet to make. Good thing I am level headed. |
|
I would open the driveway cam on my phone while retrieving my rifle and charging it with a magazine. Determine whether the gate is still intact and just left open somehow, or was breached. The answer to that to will affect my next steps. In any case, maintain concealment and keep the vehicle in view using whichever camera still has them.
If I can confirm that the gate was breached, circumstances may indicate hostile intent and the need to fire first, before they can get the advantage. Otherwise, cautiously remain on safe, watch, and listen. |

"If you want to keep someone away from your house, just fire the shotgun through the door."
- Some dumbass |

I watch on my security cameras that have IR plus motion sensor lights. I might hit the outside alarm for a second. But I most certainly would not go to bed with someone in my driveway. If he got out of the car, I'd hit him with a strobe light and green laser on his chest and ask him politely to explain him self. I live in a stilt house so I'd have the high ground. But I most definitely would not just start blasting a way.
