So can someone explain the different stages of the process to me?
I *assume* that when it goes pending, it means that someone had verified that all the required forms are present, all correctly filled out, and that the check has cleared. At that point it is waiting for an examiner to verify that what is being requested is legally correct, and for the FBI background check to return. When the above is complete, I assume it is "accepted", and simply waiting for someone to stuff one copy into their filing cabinet, and the other into an envelope addressed to the dealer. Am I right? |

Pat, I'm gonna have to arrange a visit to compare this 45 upper with your vector. I think I've got ya but I'll have to see to be sure. That Vector can is impressive. You should be selling a few of those

Just left him a VOICE mail. I sent a copy of the FORM 3 (and funds for some MP40 parts) to Brass Cartridge today, that I will be FAXing to BATFE as soon as I hear from Kevin. Pat |

Rule of thumb. A GT Outback loses cool points when posted directly beneath an MP5SD! ;-) BTW, I'd love a little trigger time on the SD, a similar MP5SD was the first FA firearm I ever fired. I've been meaning to come out and see my tac16 Pat, but time and daylight have been against me! |

Actually, I got a form 3 and a form 5 done in RECORD time, FAXED a Form 5 on 12-22-2005 @ 6:45 A.M. Signed by Gary Sch#### on 12-22-2005, received in the mail 12-27-2005 Form 3 FAXED on 12-19-2006 as 20:10 (That's 8:10 p.m. for you civies) Also signed by Gary on 12-22-2005 received in the same mail 12-27-2005 (Alma  must be on Vacation, Gary signed them this time)You guys must just be waiting on the BACKGROUND checks.
