X mark had the recalls, right?
Awaiting email correspondence from Remington on the manufacture dates on my two rifles

Are triggers worth replacing as a default or where do they fall in your hierarchy of “spending money”?

If you do recommend replacing them, what’s your favorite for a field target gun and do the OEMs have value on eBay etc?

RAR s/n prefix 308, ilion NY, jeweled bolt

Mine had a 40x trigger in it that was the nicest factory trigger I've ever used on any rifle.  Then the trigger shoe broke so I replaced it with a Timney with a straight shoe.  Very excellent trigger, I like it a lot.

Yes, they are worth their weight in scrap. Buy a Trigger Tech and be done with it.

RAR prefix .308 is 2023 peoduction. Not part of the recall.

G prefix .223 action trigger (that particular trigger on your action) wasn't part of the recall.
