I am assuming they zero'd just fine for you? My MPX didn't come with irons and the ones I got appear to be for the MCX or 5.56 rifles. Can't zero my elevation with the adjustment range. |

I think I had to source a different https://www.robertrtg.com/store/pc/416-STYLE-PICATINNY-SIGHT-SET-W-HK-DIOPTER-p87.htm Attached File Edit: These sights are designed for the HK 416 uppers. The Centurions were designed for a standard M4 upper. |

RTG now offers the same BUIS set without the read drum diopter. So now you can purchase that set and then pick the rear drum that works best with your platform.
Attached File https://www.robertrtg.com/store/pc/416-STYLE-FRONT-SIGHT-WITH-REAR-BASE-NO-DRUM-SIGHT-223p2358.htm You’ll need a specialty HK rear sight tool as well... https://hkparts.net/product/hk-rear-sight-tool-for-diopter-sights-p16511.htm |

Loving all the builds honestly. Great inspiration for the shorty 300 blackout I want to build when my first can(YHM Resonator) finally gets approved. Has anyone tried a resonator with the 300 blackout on a shorty barrel? How did it sound? |

View Quote So why did you stop him? You could paint little fingers on your forend - 9 more and you'd be an ace... Particularly on short barrels, I'm quite in favor of flash cans, linear compensators & Krink brakes/Flaming Pigs. Concussion may be fun, but it's not good for anyone's ears or your brain. |

Josh, you doing that Colt PDW from the 60's/70's? The AMP or something?
3-D printed mag? |

Milling the receivers from billet? Or just chopping an upper and moving the rear lug and 3-D printing the lower?
There's a hybrid steel/plastic upper, you could keep the steel forward bit and just 3-D print the outside and rear. |

it really is.. when I saw your first build come to fruition, I was thinking.. this guy needs to sell the designs to a specialty company who can CNC them out 10/day..
then I realized that was MY dream, not yours.. lol |

COAL? Are you looking to scale down the whole gun or just wanting .221 fireball in an AR? If just wanting .221 have you considered making a derlin block with feed ramps profiled into it which could be drilled tapped and secured with 2 flush set fasteners on the front of the magwell? if going the mars clone route remember if you shorten the receivers you will need to relocate the FCG rearward an equal amount. an 0% lower would afford more customizability but require alot more work. especially the mag well broaching. none the less F-you that's cool and I need to quite bs'ing and finish mine first. |

Scaling down the whole gun. I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of making mags if I just wanted an AR in .221. I'm debating shortening the BCG instead of relocating the FCG. I do have a 0% lower I may use. |
