Recently upgraded to a Hahn top load mag block and 9mm bolt stop.

I used the ProMag Block for a while, but i could never get it to run 100%. The Hahn block is light-years better.

The recipe.
PSA stripped lower receiver ($59 + $8 shipping + $20 FFL)
PSA LPK w/o FCG ($25)
Geissele Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced trigger kit ($200)
PSA M4 stock kit w/ buffer ($30)
JSE 16" 9mm complete upper ($420 + $10 shipping)
ProMag mag block ($35)
ASC 32 round magazines ($18)
Aimpoint PRO ($380)

When the ATF gets the stamp back I plan to put together a Spikers or RRA 9mm upper with TROSUSA 9" barrel and FF handguard.

The bullet diameter of a 9mm is .355 but I would assume he would have to over bore it a little to prevent the bullet from striking the flash hider.

Weird. I have a KX3 on my 9mm SBR that I didn't bore out at all. I was able to drop a 9mm cartridge through without modification. 100+ rds, no issues.

I did not bore out my KX3. Like yours an entire 9mm cartridge will fall through easily.

Sorry about the quality. My camera is out of town at the moment. So I'm stuck with iPhone5 quality.
Parts break down thus far;

Lower
DDLES Small Frame Glock Lower Receiver, 6065 Billet, Pictogram markings
PWS 6065 Pistol Buffer
12 Ounce Heavy Buffer made for 9mm
Wolff Extra Power Recoil Spring
Magpul MOE K Grip
Magpul MS3 QD Sling
Battle Arms Development Combat Ambidextrous Safety, Short Throw
Geissele Super Dynamic 3 Gun Trigger
Colt Small parts

Upper
VLTOR MUR-1 Upper Receiver
Raptor Ambidextrous Charging Handle
DDLES Glock Bolt Carrier
Troy Industries BUIS, Dioptic Tritium Set
Noveske 7" NSR
Noveske Rail Covers
Mossie Tactical Weapon Light Mount
Surefire X300 Ultra Weapon Light
BCM Chrome Lined 9mm Barrel
Vortex 9mm Flash Suppressor
Magpul RSA
LaRue Index Clips

Magazines
33 Round Glock 9mm Magazines

Receiver Markings filled HK style, red and white lacquer

I chopped the NSR rail so I could seat the X300 Ultra further to the rear to reduce how far the weapon light stuck out. I didn't want the light to stick out past the flash suppressor. The Mossie Tactical rail lowers the weapon light so it doesn't obstruct the sight picture as much. This will help me a great deal since I am adding an Aimpoint T1 with an absolute co-witness in the next few weeks.

Rock River 9MM lower, Cmmg upper, Troy 13.8 rail, stage 1 trigger, 9mm buffer, Magpul Ambi safety, Magpul stock, Magpul over sized tripper guard, Ergo grip, A2 flash hider. Burris fastfire II.

Tell me what you think.

Went to the range tonight. The red dot is about 6 inches to the left at 7 yards LOL
Fired and performed well.

Only issue was the 9MM buffer doesn't slide over the spring easy, so the bolt wouldn't go back to hold the bolt open after last round. Sanded and polished the buffer, works better but not perfect yet.

Another issue was Brownells mag's will not always push the bolt release up enough to hold the bolt back after last round too.

All of these are sweet. But I have yet to see one with a YHM-80-5M1 Compensator. I am dying to find out how they do on a 9MM.

Anybody have on of these on their AR or like carbine?

I've finally finished getting the last of the parts for my DDLES Glock lower, however I'm not certain what length of rail to use.  I have two YHM rails on my shelf that I can use for this project; a pistol length and a specter length.

The pistol length rail is the only one that would allow the rifle to be fired unsuppressed, however I see no benefit of ever shooting it that way.  If it's always going to be suppressed, would I be better served with the longer specter rail to protect the silencer?  Of course, the longer length adds weight, but it allows for a wider grip and a longer sight radius when using irons.  Since 99% of the time I'd use the red dot, sight radius doesn't really count for much though.  Logistically, if I don't put it on the rifle, I could see the specter length rail having more uses in other projects than the pistol length rail.

Thoughts?

Yup.  That's one of several hosts for my drop in auto sear.  To keep the pic thread on track, here's another one of my 9mm hosts, A Colt 6450 that's been re-engraved to say "Colt 9mm SMG" and is auto marked.  This host came with my DIAS and was remarked by John Norrell back in the 80's.  It normally sports a cool retro set of furniture with triangular handguards, but when I showed my wife pics of the Magpul pink furniture, she wanted a set.  Since she doesn't have a rifle, it made it's way onto this one.

Just finished it. Started before December, and then was halted for obvious reasons. Finally found an upper at a gun show and was able to finish the gun. Upper cost me $500 hundred though .
CMMG lower with slidefire stock, 100 round beta mag, model 1 sales upper, and CMMG 9mm bolt and heavy buffer. The aimpoint and the foregrip are place holders from other guns. Eventually I will get a 10 inch upper and SBR it.

Lens flare

Lower is OD green, I have OD magpul pistol grip and stock if I want to take the slidefire off.

Just finished putting together the lower and testing it out at the range:

JSE 16" upper with floating rails, 45º offset iron sights (mounted for LH shooter), Burris FastFire II red-dot.  No-name lower with stock trigger.  ProMag magwell adapter and ProMag magazines, and SlideFire LH bumpstock.  Sighted in at 35M.  Sounds outrageous at full rock-and-roll.  Fun investment for a first build-it-yourself AR.

Cheers!
