I was inspired by other members builds too Outkast, And Gardners (changed his SN since then but can't recall it now) build with the ultimak rail was what initially inspired me. I took the stuff they did and just put my twist on it. I wanted the PWS buffer tube for the sling qd sockets and the flowing look of it. |

This is cross posted in the AK section too but I know some people probably don't go into the pistol section. Parts are as follows: -PWS Enhanced buffer tube -PWS J-Tac 47 comp -Ace folding mechanism integrated ar-15 ( After driling & tapping the rear trunnion and installing longer bolts throught the adaptor into the trunnioni removed the FCG and snaked some steel self locking nuts through the receiver and snugged them down onto the bolts against the rear trunnion. I figured this would be as good a way as any to keep everything rock solid. It works, there is NO play or movement in that adaptor at all besides what little is in the stock to buffer tube.) -Ace ar-15 grip adaptor (I will be replacing w/ the billet unit from slrrifleworks.com when they come out shortly) -Power Custom Hammer and Trigger Kit Adjustable (Very nice 2 stage trigger) -Midwest industies extended ak47/74 hand guard and I have just put on a top cover mount for my delta point |

Here's a video of the PPS-43
It's just a post sample PPS-43 with a few mods. The stock was cut off and a AR castle nut welded on along with a filler piece. The red dot sits on a small section of rail that was welded on. The original grip was cut off and a AK grip nut was welded in it's place, which allowed the use of a SLR rifleworks grip adapter. The rifle belongs to a friend of mine |

But it's pretty straight forward to what i explained above. Use the ace folding stock adaptor to mark your holes and just get to it. I can try to take one inside the trunnion later. |

What would you say is the length of pull on the triangle folding stock? Thanks in advance.

Yours and Gardener's look great though, and I'm sure your setups are lighter and probably even feel better. Nice setup! Who makes that mag release? |

I know you said it wasn't yours but do you think there's a place on the side to weld another small picatinny rail for a weaponlight - something lightweight like a TLR1 or x300? That looks like such a fun project and armslist has pps43 pistols for $350! Sorry, I'm a free loader right now as I have no non-AR SBRs. |
